Device Reservations
If you have reserved a device, follow these steps to stay updated:
Monitor Your Place in Line: You can track your reservation status directly in the Rogers app under the Queue section.
Processing: Once the device arrives at our head office, we will begin processing your order immediately.
Finalizing Your Order: Our team will contact you via email or phone if any additional information is required to complete your shipment.
Reservation Fee Credit: The reservation fee you paid will be credited back by Rogers within 1-2 billing cycles.
