Orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days, whether you’ve ordered a SIM card only, a device, or internet service.

Please note that delivery timelines may vary, and Red Wireless is not responsible for any delays once your package has been handed over to Canada Post or Purolator.

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days.

How will you ship my order?

We ship your order using trusted carriers like Canada Post and Purolator. Once it’s on the way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress. For security, some orders may require a signature upon delivery. If no one is home, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions on where and how to pick up your package nearby.

Note: Please note that we cannot control delivery delays by both Canada Post and Purolator once they have left our facility.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to change shipping addresses after an order is placed. Please double-check your address before confirming your order.

What types of shipping does Red Wireless offer?

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using either Regular Shipping or Express Shipping, based on the option you selected.

  • Regular Shipping:

    • Adult signature required

    • Delivered by Canada Post within 3-5 business days after processing

  • Express Shipping:

    • Faster delivery

    • Includes tracking number

    • Secure delivery directly to your home with signature required

    • Delivered by Purolator within 1-2 business days after processing

How can I save on shipping?

For SIM card-only orders, choose the eSIM option instead of a physical SIM. For device orders, bundle all your devices in a single order, as only one shipping fee will apply.
