1. SPONSOR

The sponsor of this contest is Red Wireless (Head Office: 165 3rd Avenue South, Saskatoon, SK, S7K 1L8) (the "Sponsor").

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Red Wireless Travel Show Giveaway (the "Contest") is open to all legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence (18 years of age in Alberta) at the time of entry.

Entrants must physically attend the AMA Travel Show in Edmonton, Alberta on Saturday, October 24, 2026, to access and submit the official entry form.

Employees, directors, officers, agents, and representatives of Red Wireless, its parent companies, affiliated companies, advertising agencies, and any immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) or household members living with such individuals are not eligible to enter or win.

3. CONTEST PERIOD

The Contest takes place on Saturday, October 24, 2026, beginning at the opening of the Travel Expo and closing strictly at 4:30 PM Mountain Daylight Time (MDT) (the "Contest Period"). Entries submitted after 4:30 PM MDT will be void.

4. HOW TO ENTER

No Purchase Necessary.

  1. Visit the Red Wireless booth at the Travel Show in Edmonton, Alberta on Saturday, October 24, 2026.

  2. Complete the official paper or digital entry form provided at the booth by supplying all required details (including full name, phone number, email address, and city of residence).

  3. Deposit or submit your entry before 4:30 PM MDT on October 24, 2026.

Entry Limits & Conditions:

  • Limit: Strictly one (1) entry per person.

  • Multiple entries, mechanical reproductions, or entries submitted on behalf of another individual will result in full disqualification.

  • No Social Media Requirement: Participation in this Contest does not rely on or require social media interaction, sharing, tagging, or online engagement.

5. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV)

There are one (1) prize available to be won (collectively, the "Prizes"):

  • Grand Prize: One (1) pair of wireless headphones.

    • Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $299.99 CAD.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded without substitution and are non-transferable, non-assignable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize for one of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS

On Saturday, October 24, 2026 at 4:45 PM MDT at Edmonton, AB, a random draw will be conducted from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

  • Odds: The odds of winning depend entirely on the total number of eligible entries submitted at the booth during the Contest Period.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND SKILL-TESTING QUESTION

The selected entrant(s) will be notified by phone and/or email within 48 hours of the draw using the contact information provided on the entry form. Up to three (3) attempts will be made to contact each selected entrant. If a selected entrant cannot be reached within 5 business days, or fails to comply with any rule herein, they will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be randomly drawn.

To be declared a confirmed winner, a selected entrant MUST:

  1. Correctly answer, without assistance of any kind (whether mechanical, electronic, or otherwise), a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by phone, email, or entry verification form;

  2. Complete and sign a standard Declaration and Release Form confirming compliance with these Rules; and

  3. Provide proof of identity and age upon request.

8. PUBLICITY AND RELEASE

By accepting a prize, the winner grants Red Wireless the right to use their name, city of residence, photo, likeness, and any statements made regarding the prize for advertising and publicity purposes in any media (including website, print, and social media) without additional compensation, where permitted by law.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, all participants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Red Wireless, its affiliates, event organizers of the Travel Expo, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage resulting directly or indirectly from participation in this Contest or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize awarded.

Red Wireless is not responsible for lost, illegible, incomplete, or damaged entry forms, or for any computer or network technical glitches associated with digital booth sign-ups.

10. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

Personal information collected from entrants will be used by Red Wireless solely for the administration of this Contest, in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy laws (PIPEDA) and the Red Wireless Privacy Policy available at redwireless.ca/privacy.

Entrants will not receive commercial electronic messages (such as promotional emails or texts) from Red Wireless unless they explicitly opt in by checking the appropriate consent box on the entry form, in compliance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • Red Wireless reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend this Contest at any time if technical failures, administrative errors, or unauthorized intervention compromise the fairness or integrity of the draw.

  • All decisions made by Red Wireless regarding any aspect of this Contest are final and binding.

  • Governing Law: This Contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any legal disputes shall be brought in the courts of Edmonton, Alberta.
